My background is in business, construction, and project management. Working hands-on with properties has taught me to look closely, follow through, and understand the work behind a finished space.
I bring that perspective to real estate. It shapes the questions I ask about a property and how I help you think through the decision, alongside proper inspections and advice from qualified specialists.
I live in Yaletown and work with buyers and sellers across Greater Vancouver. My approach is straightforward: take time to understand, explain the process clearly, and build a plan around the person making the move.
