Who to contact.
Armin is the contact for inquiries about this website and can route a privacy request to the brokerage’s designated privacy contact. The introduction composer.
The contact page can use your optional first name and preferred language to prepare a general introduction in your browser. These fields are not sent to a website endpoint or stored in a website database. Opening your email app does not send an email by itself: you review and send the message in that app. Copying uses your device’s clipboard when available, or displays text for you to select.
When you contact Armin.
Email, phone, text, and social platforms process the messages you send through them. Information received is used to respond to your inquiry, arrange the conversation or service you request, and administer the brokerage relationship where applicable. Only information reasonably needed for those purposes should be provided. Please keep initial contact general and do not send sensitive financial records, identification, or confidential negotiating information before discussing representation and a suitable way to share documents.
Service providers and records.
Hosting, communications, and other service providers may process information to operate their services, including outside Canada. If you become a client, the brokerage’s notices, consent processes, service agreements, and legal recordkeeping obligations apply. Ask the brokerage about applicable access, retention, safeguarding, or disclosure practices for those records. This notice does not replace transaction-specific notices.
Technical information and cookies.
Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser or device information, request logs, and essential security information to deliver and protect the website. No advertising pixels, analytics scripts, newsletter sign-up, or marketing cookies have been added to this site. The hosting platform may use essential operational technologies. Site images, including the portrait, are hosted with this website. Fonts use your device’s installed fonts.
Marketing and outside links.
An inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list. Any future commercial email program would need its own appropriate consent and unsubscribe process. Links to property searches, Instagram, BCFSA, and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Their information handling is outside this website’s control.
Access, correction, consent, and concerns.
Contact Armin to request access to or correction of information you have provided, ask about withdrawing consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. Identity verification may be needed, and legal exceptions or recordkeeping obligations may limit a request. Armin can direct brokerage-related requests to the appropriate privacy contact.
